First post, here it goes. For those who don't know, this blog is about all things that go bump in the night; all the gems, new and old, that don't get a chance to shine.

But now, down to business.

One of my favourite dub producers from this side of the pond, Babylon system has a very truly pensive and dark style. And I don't mean the ubiquitous horror/gangster movie sample style. did i mention, its great on codeine.

Another diamond in the rough, Still Here by Stanton Warriors. This track is heavy as hell in tha bass, but not abrasive by any means. The vocals cut through perfectly adding a beautiful melodic touch, sound reminds me off early Michael Jackson. "It feels too good to be true."
